Over those thirty years, he accrued an incredible depth and breadth of experience, which has significantly contributed to his impressive industry expertise. Jeff is a strong supporter of value-driven health care. He firmly believes in the importance of delivering healthcare services that not only meet the needs of patients but also offer measurable value for cost. He is a firm advocate for increasing the value delivered by healthcare services to improve cost and quality..  Beyond championing value-driven health care, Jeff also encourages transparency measures within the health industry. Christine serves as the Vice President at Upside Health Advisors, which is a consultancy with a national presence, well-known and respected for its advisory services. These services cater to a diverse selection of clients including payers, providers, health systems, employers, and health-tech point solutions.   In her role,  these include private equity, family offices and health start-ups that are striving to establish themselves in the highly dynamic and competitive health care marketplace.  Christine's work involves compliance with the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021 - legislation that makes significant impact on health care funding and regulations.  She also dedicates her efforts towards value-based health care, in which patient outcomes are prioritized over volume of care provided. Furthermore, she works actively in employee benefits procurement, maximizing the value of employee benefits packages for all parties involved.  Before her tenure at Upside, Christine had an extensive career spanning ore than two decades at Rogers Benefit Group. This is a national benefits marketing and consulting firm where she managed operations for the Northeast region.   Currently, Christine's ultimate aim lies within value-based health care. She is passionately working towards fostering a shift towards this model, convinced of its potential for better patient outcomes and lower health care costs.  Her commitment to these efforts demonstrates her dedication to improving the overall health care system for both providers and patients.
